If you lived through the late 80's early 90's in NYC you've heard of the 'Decepticons'. Some might think I'm talking about the infamous villains led by Megatron from the cartoon 'The Transformers'. The names of the actual people were the same, but nothing about these men walking around NYC was a cartoon. General Steele (a member of the crew Deceps aka The Decepticons) from the legendary group Smif-N-Wessun gives us a brief history on the street gang known as the 'Decepticons'
