Speaking on the "Off the Record" podcast, a furious Shaq held nothing back. The final straw was apparently RG3 reposting a racist, edited image of Angel Reese's 2K26 cover. While RG3 claimed he was condemning the image, many, including Shaq, saw it as him amplifying the hate.
Shaq, a mentor and fellow LSU alum to Reese, issued a direct warning to RG3: "Tweet another monkey post about my girl Angel Reese and I'm gonna punch you in your f*cking face... It's enough." He went on to call RG3 a "fool" for messing with "that little girl," declared himself her "protector," and told RG3 to "pick on me" instead.
