But according to his legal team, they haven't been able to formally serve her with the lawsuit because she is allegedly evading them. They claim process servers have gone to her home in Phoenix six different times since May, only to be met with no answer, or even someone inside claiming that no one by that name lives there.
Now, a judge has stepped in. After hearing about the repeated failed attempts, a judge has reportedly GRANTED McKnight's request to serve Jaguar Wright through a substitute method: by publishing a legal notice in an Arizona newspaper. This move allows the lawsuit to officially move forward, even without them handing her the papers directly.
