On this episode of Doggie Diamonds No Filter, we have to break down the SHOCKING reason Inspectah Deck just gave for why the one and only Tupac Shakur personally deleted his verse from a classic song!
In a new, must-see interview that's got the hip-hop world talking, the Wu-Tang Clan lyricist revealed that he was originally featured on the song "Got My Mind Made Up" from Tupac's iconic "All Eyez on Me" album. Deck laid down a fire verse for the track, which also featured his Wu-Tang brother Raekwon, as well as Redman and Method Man.
But here's the shocking part: Deck claims that when Tupac heard his verse, he felt like Deck "outshined" him on his own track! According to Deck, Tupac, being the ultimate competitor, couldn't let that happen and made the decision to DELETE his verse from the song entirely, leaving only the other MCs on the final version. It wasn't about beef; it was about pure, competitive pride from one of the greatest of all time.
