On this episode of Doggie Diamonds No Filter, we react to the viral, highly disrespectful comments made by BMF and All-American actor Da'Vinchi during his recent appearance on Cam Newton’s podcast. Claiming that American culture produces "incompetent" people who lack work ethic, Da'Vinchi pushed the tired, anti-Black American trope that immigrant backgrounds automatically make someone superior. What makes these comments so egregious is the hypocrisy: Da'Vinchi made his fame and fortune playing FBA icons created by Black American history, only to turn around and disparage the very culture that built the platform he stands on!
